I only know of ASE shops within Official PvP Small Tribes Servers that were lead by IronSky back in the day. Only they were the only trustworthy sellers around all of Small Tribes and Arkmarket seems to be the IronSky of ASA PvE. I bought a few creatures and just because the delivery took longer than usual I received a lot of extras, worth a few dollars. Unbelievably good experience. 10/10 would recommend to EVERYONE wanting to play PvE with some simplification.
