Many other Ark shops will ask you send them money through PayPal, via the "Friends & Family" option. The benefit of this is that it PayPal doesn't charge a fee. However, PayPal also sees this as what it says - that you're passing money onto a friend or a member of family, and doesn not cover you in any way. We decided to opt for the stronger approach. Because our payment system operates as a business, so does the transaction. To put things straight forwards, if you don't receive the items you paid for, you can open a dispute with PayPal. We want to do things properly, to protect both parties for a more pleasant, peace of mind experience!

What is the return policy?

Due to the content we trade, we don't generally accept refunds. We believe that all of our products are described and details to the fullest extent that our customers wouldn't even need to request a refund :)
Can you deliver to my server?

We provide items for PvE servers on the Official server network. This doesn't included modded or Small Tribe servers.

When will I get my order?

In most cases your order is gathered as soon as it comes through. With transfer timers, your order is usually delivered within 30 minutes, providing I am home (I usually am!)

DO YOUR TAMES COME WITH SADDLES?

If your tame can equip a saddle, it will come with a saddle already on!
