We can deliver to any regular official server on the regular cluster. We're unable to deliver to the official Small Tribes or modded servers. If you have further doubt, feel free to contact us with your server name/number and we'll be able to give you a clear 'yes or no' answer :)
We can only deliver to PvE servers. We do not operate of the PvP cluster of servers.
In most cases your order will be delivered on the next server save - so within 30 minutes. There may be times where I am not home, in which case your order will be delivered as soon as I return home.
The only clones that we sell are those which are clearly described as being clones (Gacha for example). The majority of our dinos are hand raised from birth and not clones.
This stands for structures too. Other stores sell mass duped Tek structures, whereas all structures from The Ark Market are crafter legit with resources we gather ourselves.
We can deliver to all maps that are transferable.
