📦 How does the delivery process work?
We have made the process as simple and safe as possible:
- Place your order - Add your items to your cart.
- Enter your delivery details - Enter your details such as your server number, map, coordinates to your storage box and the PIN to that box.
- Leave it to us! - Once your order comes through, we'll gather your items and bring it over to your delivery location.

🎮 Which servers do you deliver to?
Please read carefully before purchasing.
Currently, we deliver to:
- Official PvE Servers (The Island 1234, Scorched Earth 1234, etc.)
- Please Note: We cannot deliver to Small Tribes, Apocolypse or any PvP server.
We cannot deliver to Single Player, Non-Dedicated Sessions, or unofficial private clusters (like Nitrado rented servers) unless specifically stated.

🖥️ I am on Xbox/PS5. Can I buy from you?
Yes! Ark: Survival Ascended features full Crossplay. Whether you are on Steam, Windows, Xbox Series X/S, or PlayStation 5, we can deliver to you.

⏱️ How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver all orders within 30 minutes to 2 hours during our operating hours.
If you order while our team is sleeping (we are human!), we will process orders upon waking up in the order in which they were made.

🛡️ Is it safe? Will I get banned?
Trading dinos and items is a legitimate mechanic in Ark: Survival Ascended. We breed and farm our items legitimatley. We do not use mesh methods, duping, or hacks. Your account is safe when trading with us and your details are completely confidential!

🔄 What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of these goods:
Before Delivery: If you change your mind before we have delivered the items, we can offer a full refund.
After Delivery: Once the dino/item has been handed over in-game, the transaction is final. We cannot be responsible if you lose the dino in an arena or to a wild Giga five minutes later—that’s Ark!
